YOUR ORDER

1) Order confirmation is based on first come first serve basis
2) Upon confirmation of your order, the item will be reserved for you.
3) The payment should be made within 3 days, or we have to cancel the booking
4) Any delay of payment should be communicated to us a.s.a.p

OUR DELIVERY

1) Your items will be courier to your address within 2 working days after payment is received
2) Standard delivery is via POS LAJU, any other express courier within our ranges will be the next alternatives
3) Any delay will be informed to you a.s.a.p

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Any return/ exchange of item is allowed within 7 days upon delivery. Please notify us a.s.a.p.

1) All delivery cost for RETURN/ EXCHANGE of item should be borned by customer.
2) In case of RETURN, your money (cost of product only) will be refunded to your bank account after we received the item in good condition.
3) In case of EXCHANGE, you need to select the new item in our product list and pay the cost difference together with the cost for re-courier (detail info will be provided later).
4) We will send/ deliver your item after all the payment is made.

- Return/ exchange only for item with factory defect (note: we will screen all of our products to ensure only quality product goes to our customer before it is up for sale)
